Spring is here and that means the Performing Arts Department is elbow deep in rehearsing for their spring musical, Xanadu. Performances will run from April 23rd through April 26th. You can follow the EC Performing Arts Department’s blog to learn more about the rehearsal process, technical progress and more, such as this interesting preview:
“In an interesting twist, the…production of Xanadu will be performed “in the round,” which means that audiences will be surrounding the stage on all sides. The live band will be on the far side of the auditorium, and performers will be moving through and around the aisles of the audience, giving viewers an up-close view of the story.”
