This semester, Emmanuel has a new way to promote student success! Introducing MERIT!

Merit is best described as a network that students, Emmanuel College and other organizations use to collaboratively recognize and promote student success – whether it’s making the Dean’s List, presenting research at a conference, participating in service, studying abroad and much more. Each student will receive a personalized Merit page, which they can allow to be passively updated by the College or which they can choose to claim and add even more activities and work experience.

How does this benefit students? Merit pages are verified, public profiles that are built for students by Emmanuel and the other important organizations that comprise our students’ education and experience. Merit helps people who make decisions about internships, grad school and jobs find the “good stuff” about students.

Another nice feature is that achievements awarded to students are easily shared via social media and are sent to hometown newspapers – getting students the attention they deserve!
